Here are some examples of what is opening within 10 miles of the community, according to reports by Community Impact.

Center Court Pizza & Brew - less than 3 miles away!

Center Court Pizza & Brew opened a new location in the Cinco Ranch area at 9550 Spring Green Blvd., Ste. 400, Katy, in early September. The family-friendly pizzeria offers a menu of pizzas, calzones, sandwiches, wings, salads and appetizers. The location will also have TVs to watch sports, arcade games and a bar. Pearland-based Center Court has eight locations across the Greater Houston area, including one near Fulshear at 26440 FM 1093, Ste. 490, Richmond.

Executive Nails & Spa’s

General Manager Andy Nguyen of Executive Nails & Spa’s Tomball location confirmed the luxury nail spa will open a new location in Cinco Ranch at 9507 Spring Green Blvd., Katy, and further details are to be determined. At its various locations in the Greater Houston area, the spa offers facials, eyelash extensions and massages.

Teal Poppy

Teal Poppy opened its storefront at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch in late June at 23501 Cinco Ranch Blvd., Ste. G125, Katy. The boutique sells women’s clothing, such as denim, dresses, blouses, tanks and T-shirts, as well as accessories, including shoes, jewelry and totes.

Sweet Flamingo

Sweet Flamingo held a grand opening Aug. 23 at 23501 Cinco Ranch Blvd., Katy, inside LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch. The shop sells gourmet dessert and candy, including Rainbow Unicorn Cake Shake, a Megatron Jungle Mist potion drink decorated with lollipops and gummy worms, and 24K Gold Chicken Wings. These treats are made of cake, cookies, pretzels, chocolate and sprinkles.

Moi Vietnamese Grill

Moi Vietnamese Grill began hosting soft opening events Aug. 7 at 23144 Cinco Ranch Blvd., Ste. C, Katy. This is the Pflugerville-based restaurant’s second location. Its menu includes customizable banh mi sandwiches as well as rice and noodle bowls with protein choices and toppings. According to the restaurant's website: “The word Moi is always used with a warm heart and open arms. From a cook, it is used to invite guests to enjoy the cooking and have a great time.”

Cobblestone Cottage

Cobblestone Cottage opened its third Katy-area location at 24515 I-10, Ste. 500, Katy, in mid-November, said the manager of the Fulshear store at 8502 S. FM 359. The other store is located at 23701 Cinco Ranch Blvd., Ste. 150, Katy. The boutique sells women’s and children’s clothing as well as accessories.
