Young residents of Lakes of Bella Terra are zoned for high-achieving schools in Lamar CISD. According to the 2017 state accountability ratings released by the Texas Education Agency, Fulshear High School, Leaman Junior High and Joe Hubenak Elementary each scored higher than the targeted score for every index evaluated.
The 2016 ratings are based on a system that uses a range of indicators to provide greater detail about the performance of a district or charter and individual campuses throughout the state. In addition to the ratings, distinction designations were awarded to campuses based on achievement on performance indicators compared to a group of 40 campuses of similar type, size and student demographics.
Hubenak Elementary pulled some of the most impressive scores in the district, with a total of 6 out of 7 TEA Dinstinction Designations for the 2016-17 school year.

Leaman Junior High School, a brand new school now in its second year met TEA Accountability Ratings for the 2016-17 school year.
Fulshear High School, a brand new school now in its second year, surpassed TEA Accountability Rating with a Distinction Designation for Academic Achievement in Mathematics.
Foster High School, attended by 12th grade students this year, surpassed TEA Accountability Rating with two Distinction Designations for Top 25 Percent Student Progress and Top 25 Percent Closing Performance Gaps.
