A wave of new businesses will soon open in the Fulshear area, just 15 minutes down the road from Lakes of Bella Terra! And you know what they say – location is everything when buying a new home. While it’s great to have easy access to work, it’s also nice to be close to great shopping, dining and entertainment options as well. Which is why we are excited to share the development of a new urban center in the area.

The Woodlands-based commercial real estate company Marcel Group announced four new businesses coming to Fulshear through the Cross Creek Town Center, a brand new 10.47-acre mixed-use development located at 6635 W. Cross Creek Bend Lane, according to a recent article Community Impact. They currently have 3 confirmed tenants and more to come.

One tenant is Experience Infusion Center, a pharmacy specializing in home health and IV infusion therapy, leased 12,300 square feet, and Apex Executive Suites, a co-working space concept by Marcel, will occupy 14,410 square feet of Class A office space, per the release.

A specialty gym franchise focusing on high-intensity group workouts also signed a lease, all managed by the executive leasing agents for the Cross Creek Town Center: Los Angeles-based CBRE’s Lacee Jacobs and Laura Harness.

“Cross Creek Town Center represents a new kind of suburban development, one that integrates creative lifestyle amenities and offers a fresh take on [the community experience,]”  Founder Vernon Veldekens said.

In addition to about 27,000 square feet of office space and about 50,000 square feet of retail, the development will also include gathering and event spaces as well as landscaping, There will also be about 550 parking spaces.

The development celebrated its groundbreaking in March, and the expected completion date is spring 2020.
