New Luxury Shopping Coming 2018

As the West Park Tollway expansion continues on schedule, the local economy in Richmond is thriving. We're  thrilled that a new luxury shopping center, District-West, will be opening next to the Westpark Tollway in 2018. At only three miles from Lakes of Bella Terra, you can't beat the convenience for our community!

The planned development will include various mixed development commercial uses. Some of the development planned includes stores, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, health and office space. Current plans involve the following confirmed features and amenities:

• Movie theater. Star Cinema Grill plans to open ten screen movie theater, expected to open next summer.
• Medical support. A new Kelsey-Selbold Medical Clinic is in the process of opening now and will be part of the new shopping center once construction is complete. Additionally, the developer is in the process of leasing space for a hospital with 75 beds.
• Dancing hall. Whiskey River, a popular Western dance hall and saloon, announced plans to lease space at District-West.
• Outdoor green space. The site plans show numerous open green spaces and attractive, tree-lined streets perfect for relaxation.

Over 30% of the commercial space at District-West is already leased, so there's no doubt some additional great businesses will be announced soon.
