According to an article by Community Impact, a new shopping center will open in 2018 just minutes from new homes at the corner of the Grand Parkway and Bellaire in Richmond. Capital Retail Properties is handling the brokerage for the site. The 13,000-square-foot center is currently under construction and will feature tenants that include restaurants, dental offices and laundry businesses. 

The surrounding area is also thriving with new developments. A new Target is scheduled to open Nov. 12 in the Market Center at Aliana and The Shops at Harvest Green retail center, is under construction and will be completed in March 2018.
