Jinya Ramen Bar will open in spring 2020 at 13509 University Blvd., Ste. A291, Sugar Land. The Los Angeles-based ramen chain simmers its stocks for more than 10 hours and pairs it with whole pork bones, chicken, vegetables, bonito, dashi, kombu and other authentic ingredients.
