We are very fortunate that new homes in Lakes of Bella Terra did not experience any flooding from Tropical Storm Harvey. Thank you to our emergency services personnel, law enforcement officers and countless volunteers who served our city in this time on need. Our hearts go out to those who were affected by the storm and hope that our move-in ready homes can be a resource to those relocating.
Tropical Storm Harvey was a 1 in a 1,000 year flood event. We will be releasing more information detailing the measures our development team went through to ensure new homes in our community were built to avoid natural disasters.
