Lakes of Bella Terra West is nestled in the charming town of Richmond, also known as the heart of Fort Bend County. This fall season the city will be putting on a number of exciting events, from outdoor films, live music, to the very popular Pecan Festival. See what’s coming up this fall:

"A Home Grown Fair” on September 17th

The 2019 Fort Bend County Fair Parade- this year themed "A Home Grown Fair" will officially kick off the 83rd Annual Fort Bend County Fair & Rodeo on Friday, September 27th at 9:00 am. Parade spectators will be amazed as almost 200 entries wind their way from the Historic Court House in Richmond and proceed west down Hwy. 90-A to Jennetta Street in Rosenberg.

National Night Out on October 1st

National Night Out occurs on the first Tuesday in October across the State of Texas. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. A time to celebrate community under positive circumstances.

One Table Community Dinner & Street Dance on October 11th

150 guests will unite along one table for a unique, alfresco dining experience in the heart of downtown Richmond. A four course dinner creatively crafted through a collaboration of local chefs and served family style to our community of friends, families and neighbors. This culinary experience will be paired with craft beer and wine. After dinner, guests can sip on our signature cocktail or dance in the street to the music of Texas Miles Band.

Motown On Morton Music Event on October 12th

Join this Free Event HRA brings to the community to Enjoy Motown Music presented by Level One Band (one of the Houston area's premier Motown era bands) on Morton Street while benefitting ALS Heroes.....bringing Awareness and funding to ALS. Food, Beer/ Wine, Shopping, Motown Era Costume Contest and a Cars Cruise-In to position for this community wide event!

Outdoor Film Featuring Hocus Pocus on October 25th

The City of Richmond's MOVIES ON MORTON Free Outdoor Film features Hocus Pocus  at Dark in front of City Hall on Morton Street! We have organized these screenings to provide a Free family event for residents and visitors. Rotary club of Richmond will provide free popcorn and Access Health Community Health will provide water and lemonade. We encourage everyone to bring their own chairs, and Friends of North Richmond will supply chairs if you don't bring your own!

4th Annual Pecan Harvest Festival on November 24th

The Historic Richmond Association is proud to announce the 2019 Pecan Harvest Festival to be held in Wessendorff & Decker Parks and Historic Downtown Richmond on Sunday, November 24th from 11 AM - 6 PM. The festival’s beloved Kidz Zone will be nestled in historic Decker Park while live music entertains all day from Wessendorff Park’s acoustically designed Gazebo.  Festival attendees can stroll along the newly completed trails from Second St. around historic Morton Cemetery at edge of Wessendorff Park. An old-fashioned hayride will expose riders to the Historic District of Richmond, while the Festival features Artisan Vendors, Farmers Market, a Beer & Wine Garden, a Baking Contest, and a Classic Car Show.
