Sitterle Homes Joins the Community

In 2019, Sitterle Homes joined our line-up of reputable homebuilders in Lakes of Bella West. Their beautifully crafted home designs are perfect for those looking to to downsize from their large suburban homes into smaller homes in familiar neighborhoods. Although Sitterle’s homes in Houston tend to be on the smaller size for Texas — between 1,600 and 3,000 square feet — they feature high-end construction materials and finishes.

Hubenak Elementary Rated Top School in Houston Area

Hubenak Elementary School achieved an A+ rating and a ranking of #43 in the region (out of over 900) from Texas-based Children at Risk, a nonprofit that has spent more than a decade ranking Texas schools. The organization’s evaluations take into account how well schools support economically disadvantaged students, annual test scores and year-over-year growth and, for high school evaluations, college and career readiness.

Richmond Makes Best Houston Suburbs List

Richmond was recently ranked #5 in the Best Houston Suburbs To Live list! The ranking comes from a list of 17 Suburbs as Houston’s Best of the Best by Houston Properties. They based this ranking on five characteristics included in their evaluation model- Walkability, Commute times, Employment, Public Schools and Amenities. The suburbs were graded on each item then ranked based on combined score and the 17 with the best score were chosen for the Top Houston Suburbs List.

Realtor BBQ Block Party & Happy Hour Home Tour

In 2019, we hosted 2 events for REALTORS to get to know the community. Our BBQ block party and Happy Hour events boasted good food, drinks, prize giveaways and of course – gorgeous new homes.
